Were Hiring Junior O2C Specialist (French & English Speaker)

We are looking for a Junior O2C Specialist to join a dynamic and international team!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in finance and Order to Cash processes.

Location Matosinhos, Porto

Key Responsibilities
Support accurate and timely invoicing
Help prevent unbilled items past due dates
Assist in managing invoice portals and resolving queries
Support cash and revenue reconciliations & analysis
Process payments and help monitor cash allocation
Assist in credit checks and customer account management
Support debt management and customer collections activities
Contribute to regular performance updates and reports


What Were Looking For
Fluency in French & English (spoken & written)
Degree in Accounting, Management, or similar area
Basic accounting knowledge
Some experience or internship in finance/accounting
Motivation to learn and develop in O2C processes
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive attitude and team spirit
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)


Offer
Hybrid model 2 days in the office | 3 days remote
Direct contract with the client (1 year)
Meal allowance 9.46/day
